🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products returned after the 7-day window

🔁 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at ecomlifestyle282@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
